Story Time - 99 balloons of sad
Correspondant and chief blog photographer Timothy Richard sent this story as told on the Oprah show. He reports "Oprah, Celine and I were all weeping over this clip yesterday" ... he may not want me to have written that. Let's keep it between you and I. But to be honest: I cried a little too.

thanks for giving me the early-morning weeps, jerk.
I was crying with Oprah, Celine, Tim, Ian and Anonymous! It was a crying party of awesomeness!
Um, is it bad that this clip just made me look up trisomy 18 on wikipedia? 95% of fetuses with it die in utero, but of the 5% that are born alive, 5-10% live to be one, and 1% live to age ten!
